Damballa New Afrikan Vodun Bi-Weekly Study Session
Stone Mountain, Ga
We will begin our bi-weekly study sessions held at the Damballa New Afrikan Vodun Ancestral Order headquarters in Stone Mountain, Ga. We welcome all those that are unapologetically Afrikans and those open to learning of the spiritual nationalistic teachings of our ancient Afrikan Kuvito (Ancestors). We welcome any donations. For more information email Baba Awotunde Faseyin at 443-416-6956 or email him at awo@newafrikanvodun.com.
As a side note, I would encourage all New Afrikans within Afrikan tradition and those interested to make the pilgrimage to the land of Oyoyotunji Afrikan Village. The late Oba Efuntola Oseijiman Adefunmi I (ibara tonu) is considered the cultural father and founder of the return to Afrikan spirituality. Just as well as pilgrimages are made to Afrika one cannot forget the reason that we are able to even consider Afrikan tradition in the first place. Oyotunji represents this along with the great pioneer for the Akan, Nana Yao Dinizulu I (ibara tonu). Therefore, piligrimage to Oyotunji is just as valid.
